Wil Hogue is the Managing Partner of ARID Partners; a full-service real estate investment, development and management firm specialized on industrial assets across the Southwest. He leads the firm’s acquisitions, development, and construction management platform by directing strategy and execution across the full real estate lifecycle.
Before founding ARID Partners, Hogue served as Director of Industrial Development at Greystar, where he managed more than 2.4 million square feet of Class A industrial projects valued at $385 million. During his tenure, he facilitated $148 million in debt and equity raises, transacted over 180 acres of land, and completed due diligence for more than 85 projects throughout the region.
Wil was Founder of Sonata, a real estate consulting firm that helped establish Greystar’s Logistics Platform in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to Real Estate, Wil was a Treasury Management Officer at Western Alliance Bank.
He holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University, where he serves on the MRED Alumni Association Board, and has a Bachelor of Science in Business from South Dakota State University.
